01Do I need a developer?
No. You add products, arrange pages and banners, set delivery and run offers from the admin. We create your store and email you the first sign-in.
02Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every store gets its own address on the platform, and an own domain goes live after you point it at us and it passes a quick check.
03How do my customers pay?
Online, or with cash or card on delivery. Paid orders go straight through with no confirmation needed. For cash on delivery you can switch on an optional confirmation call, and EMI enquiries land in one list for follow-up.
04Can my riders use it on their phones?
Yes. A rider signs in and sees only the deliveries handed to them, with the address, a call button, a map link and the cash to collect. They mark each delivery as they go.
05How long until I can sell?
We contact you within one to two working days and create your store. You can start adding products as soon as you sign in. Selling opens once your business is verified.
06Who owns my data?
You do. Your products, customers and orders belong to your store, and you can export your orders, customers and reports to a spreadsheet at any time.
