Softified Stores

Run your store from the AI assistant you already use.

Ask it to look through your store, prepare the changes and draft the replies. You see the exact result of every suggestion, you approve it, and you can undo it if you change your mind.

How it works

Connected in three steps. Under a minute.

  1. Step 1

    Copy your private address

Open Connect AI in your store admin and copy the address. It is made for your store only, and you can replace it any time.

  2. Step 2

Add it to your AI assistant

In any AI app that supports custom connectors, add a connector and paste the address. You choose the assistant and you pay for it yourself.

  3. Step 3

    Allow it once

A page from your store admin opens. Check the name and choose Allow. Customer contact details stay hidden unless you choose to show them.

Works with ChatGPT and Claude

Choose your assistant and connect it step by step.

Works in the Claude app and on the Claude website.

  1. 1

    Open the connectors page

In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors.

  2. 2

    Add a custom connector

Press + Add, then Add custom connector. Type the name Softified Stores and paste your address in the URL box. Press Continue, keep the sign in choices as they are and press Add.

  3. 3

    Connect it to your store

Press Connect next to the new connector. A page from your store admin opens. Check the name and press Allow.

  4. 4

Switch it on in a chat

Start a new chat, press +, then Connectors, and switch Softified Stores on. Then ask your first question.

Custom connectors work on the Free (one connector), Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans. On Team and Enterprise, an owner of the Claude workspace adds it first, then everyone presses Connect.

Your private address is in your store admin, under Connect AI. Open the store admin and copy it there.

You decide

It suggests. You approve.

Every change your assistant prepares lands in an Approvals page in your admin, written out in plain words with the real prices, names and dates. Approve it and it is done the same way as if you had done it by hand. Dismiss it and nothing happens.

What you can ask

Say it the way you would to a helper.

Know your store

Ask what is happening and what needs you.

  • “Give me a summary of how the store is doing this week and what needs my attention today.”
  • “Which products are about to run out of stock?”

Add and tidy products

Turn a spreadsheet and a folder of pictures into a live catalogue.

  • “I added my catalogue file. Check it and tell me exactly what it would add.”
  • “Add the products from my catalogue file to the store.”

Prices and stock

Change many prices or stock levels in one go, and see the exact result first.

  • “Raise the price of every product in the Shoes category by 10%.”
  • “Set the stock of the variant with SKU ABC-1 to 40.”

Delivery

See what delivery costs where, and change prices, times and places.

  • “Show me my delivery zones, what each one charges and how long it takes.”
  • “Charge Rs 100 for delivery inside the Kathmandu valley, free above Rs 3,000, and deliver in 1 to 2 days.”

Store details and policies

Keep your contact details, branding and policy pages up to date.

  • “Show me my store settings and tell me what looks incomplete.”
  • “Add my WhatsApp number and Instagram link to the contact details.”

Change your mind

Undo what you approved, or let safe changes go through by themselves.

  • “Undo the price change we approved this morning.”
  • “Undo adding those products.”

Set it to work while you sleep

Routines that prepare your day.

Routines need an AI assistant that can run a task on a schedule, and they run on your own subscription. Everything they propose still waits for your approval.

  • Every morning

    Morning briefing

Every morning, tell me which orders are waiting to be confirmed, packed or shipped, which deliveries are late and which products are running low. Do not change anything.

  • Every Monday

    Weekly review

Every Monday, summarise last week: sales, best sellers and slow products. Suggest three things I could do this week.

  • Every day

    Missing pictures and text

Every day, list the products that have no picture or no description and propose fixes I can approve.

  • Every Monday

    Reorder list

Every Monday, list the products that will run out within 30 days and how many I should order.

  • Every evening

    Review replies

Every evening, draft replies to the new reviews for me to approve.

Built to be safe

You keep the keys.

Questions

Good to know before you connect.

Not sure yet? Ask us and we will show you.

Which AI assistants work?

ChatGPT and Claude both work, and so does any other assistant that can add a custom connector (it uses an open standard called MCP). Apps differ, and some limit connectors to their paid plans, so check your assistant first. You choose it and you pay for it, not us.

Does it cost extra?

There is no extra charge from us. Every plan includes the catalogue helper, and bigger plans add more parts, as the table above shows. Your assistant may have its own subscription.

Can it break my store?

Not by itself. You read the exact result of every suggestion before you approve it, and an approved change follows the same rules and limits as when you do it by hand. If a change was a mistake, ask your assistant to undo it and approve the undo.

Can it approve changes on its own?

Only if you allow it, one kind of change at a time, and only for safe kinds such as adding products, pictures, categories and banners. Prices, stock, orders, customers, emails and settings always wait for you, and you can still undo what it did.

Who sees my data?

Your assistant reads what you ask it to read, and that is handled by the company that runs it, under its own terms. We do not see your chats. Keep customer contact details hidden unless a task needs them.

What if the assistant gets it wrong?

Dismiss the suggestion, or approve it and fix it like any other change. Prices, pages and emails are always shown to you in full before anything goes live or reaches a customer.

Can my staff use it?

Only the owner connects an assistant, and only the owner approves what it suggests. Your staff keep working in the admin as usual.

Can it send emails to my customers?

It can write an email and show it to you. It is sent only after you approve it, and customers who unsubscribed are skipped, as with any email you send from the store.

Give your store a helper that always asks first.
