Before you start
What can I sell on Softified Stores?
Anything you sell in a shop: kitchenware, clothing, books, electronics, groceries and more. Each store gets its own address, its own catalogue and its own look.
How do I open a store?
- Send us a short request from the Apply page.
- We contact you and verify your business.
- We set up your store and you sign in to the admin to add your products.
Do I need my own website address?
No. Your store works on an address we give you. You can connect your own domain later if you want.
What documents do I need?
Your PAN or VAT certificate. After your store is created you send a photo or scan of it from the store admin, and we verify your business.

Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can connect your own domain to your store, and the store settings show the exact steps to set it up.
Orders and delivery
How do I set delivery charges?
Delivery is set by zone. Each zone has its own delivery charge, minimum purchase and delivery time.
Can shoppers return items?
Yes. Shoppers ask for a return from their account, and you review each request in your admin.
Payments
Which payment methods can I offer?
Cash on delivery and card on delivery work out of the box. To accept online payment, add your payment provider key in your store settings.
